Many studies have shown that the difference between a good workout and a super-good workout is the rest that you give yourself between exercise sets! A good exercise is completing all the reps and sets and seeing yourself to the very end of the last set. Let us understand more about how to exercise and the need to be able to push your body to its limit for a good wholesome workout.

Did you know that in the early stages of pregnancy, the foetus' brain can grow by 250,000 neurons every minute. An adult brain has a 100 billion neurons. The brain grows till the ages of about 18 years. After that it stops growing and starts reducing in size. Neurons start slowly dying out.
