Ep. 231: Rebuild Your Body

TheHabitCoachEpisode231.png

Did you know that in the original 'Three Little Pigs' children's story, the three pigs actually had names? They were named 'Brownie, Whitey and Blackie', just like how one would name street dogs. Like this, there were quite a few differences in the original story and the iterations of it that became popular in later years. For instance, in the original story, the three houses of the pigs were made from mud, cabbage and bricks, as opposed to straws, sticks and bricks in the versions we know today. If nothing else, these stories at least taught us about construction materials.
On this episode, Ashdin talks about how our bodies also needs the right construction materials to be strong and be able to fight off the big bad wolf! Everytime we feed our bodies junk food or food with no nutritional value, we are providing our bodies with the wrong kinds of construction materials. Tune in to find out how we can change that.
