With rising awareness of the harmful effects of sugar in consumers, companies have to keep finding new ways of hiding it in their products.
On this episode, Ashdin talks about the two aspects of giving up sugar - the will to give up sugar, and the knowledge of how many foods that we eat have sugar in them. He also talks about his '100 day no-sugar challenge', which over 200 people ended up joining!
