They talk about nutrition vs ingredients labels, why keeping the serving size in mind is more important than nutritional values, trans-fats, how we should all be keeping a track of trans-fats in our food, and what we should look for when a product says 'fat-free' on it. They also talk about the 3 S's - salt, sugar and saturated fat, how percentage values are a good way to ascertain if a particular product is good to be consumed or not (anything above 20% DV is good for us), things we should be avoiding, some tips for when reading a nutrition label, and lots more!
