Currently hiring for the following roles:

Back-End Developer

  • Has hands-on experience in building large scale applications or products

  • Strong in problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms

  • Must have hands-on experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Angular JS (other frameworks like Ember, React etc)

  • Excellent experience in Databases like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc

  • Knowledge on API security and server setup

  • Familiarity with tools for code-reviews, version control (git)

  • Designing and building out our infrastructure for scalability, using techniques such as serverless components (e.g. AWS Lambda)

  • Seeing projects through from conception to launch

  • Keeping code maintainable through extensive documentation and automated tests

Copywriter/Social Media

  • Work with producers on copy that goes out - show descriptions, social media posts, blog posts etc.

  • Ensure quality of language is at the highest levels

  • Bring consistency to messaging put out across 30+ podcasts on various social media platforms

    What you must have:

  • A flair for writing in the English language

  • Ability to identify interesting quotes

  • A quick mind and an ability to turn around small pieces of text quickly

Podcast Producer

We are looking for someone who knows how to take projects from concept and idea to the final product. A producer must be creative, understand content and be open to producing various forms of audio shows (interviews, discussions, constructed).

A producer's job involves coming up with new ideas, research, working with the hosts, making decisions on the content, working with the editing team to create the final product and helping in marketing and using social media to promote the show.

Although experience in producing audio shows is not essential, you must have good communication and writing skills, the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, ability to make decisions, some basic social media skills and be deadline-driven. A love for podcasts and familiarity with the current podcasting landscape is important.

Data Processing

IVM works with a variety of platforms which we need to collect data from. The job will entail going to these platforms to collect data on a show-by-show basis and creating reports for management and hosts of various shows.

  • Understanding Graphs, Charts and Pivot Tables

  • Understanding Mail Merge

  • How to work with CSV files
